Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Soaked Chana Daal(For 3 hours) 2 cups
Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Green Chillie Paste 1 tablespoon
Chopped Coriander leaves 1 cup
Coriander Powder 1 tea spoon
Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida Powder 2 pinch
Mustard Oil 2 tablespoon
Desi Ghee 1 tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Grind Soaked Daal with Ginder Paste, Green Chillies Paste, Asafoetida Powder, Salt.
Add one cup water and half cup coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon Mustard Oil to it.
Grease a flat bottom Bowl with Mustard Oil and Pour the ground mixture in it.
Take 1 cup Water in a Pressure Cooker and Place the Covered Bowl in it.
Give 4 Whistles on Medium Heat After that take it out from the cooker and let it cool for 4-5 minutes.
Cut the Steamed Mixture into Cubes or Cuboids Take Desi Ghee, Heat it and add Chopped Onions.
Fry it till its translucent.
Add the Cubes. Add Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt. Fry for 5 minutes, Stirring Constantly.
Garnish with half cup Chopped Coriander leaves.
