Ingredients :
Kehri (Unripe Mangoes) 2
Ghee 1/2 Tsp
Methi Dana 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp
Black Salt To Taste Sugar 5 Tbsp
Saunf Powder 1 Tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp
Method :
Peel and cut unripe mangoes into small pieces. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add methi dana and let it crackle. Now add salt, red chilli powder and sugar. Immediately add cut mangoes and mix well. Cook stirring continuously for 2 minutes and add saunf and garam masala. Cook for two more minutes. Add 1-1/2 cup of water and let it boil. Cover the pressure cooker and give one whistle and remove from fire. Let it cool and serve.
